It is always a little awkward when you go somewhere new. We want you to be able to make connections here at CrossPointe. There are many ways to do that. We have some suggestions to help you.
- Go to the Welcome Center – There is information and brochures about the church and how to get involved as well as someone who can help you find locations and feel at home.
- Say “hi” to someone during the Welcome Time at church. We want people to feel at home right away and so we have short time to greet one another during the worship time.
- Join a Bible Study group – Click on Grow (link) to learn what groups we have both at the church and off-campus.
- Participate in a fun activity – We have all kinds of fun activities such as playing softball, hiking, a motorcycle riding club, and even knitting and crocheting classes to name a few. Information is available on all of our activities in the lobby area.
- Stop by for Supper at Six – On the first Sunday night of each month, we have a potluck dinner together. It is a great way to meet people and do what many of us like to do best – eat!
- Ladies Night Out – Continuing the theme of eating – the ladies all go to eat on the third Monday night of each month for food and fellowship.
- Volunteer – One of the best ways to connect with others is to be a volunteer. Look in the Serve section to see some ways you can get involved in the church, in the community, and around the world.
