Staff

CrossPointe currently employs a full-time senior pastor, a next generation pastor, a student ministry (youth) pastor, as well as a ministry associate.

Jim Fitzpatrick is the Senior Pastor. Jim holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (Northwest Campus) and has been a pastor in Vancouver since 1991. He currently teaches one class each semester at the Northwest Campus. He is married to Sonya and they have three children.

Charlie Granade is the Next Generation Pastor. Charlie's passion is working with the 18 to 35 year old generation. He holds a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Golden Gate Seminary as well as a Masters degree in advertising and undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Texas. Charlie and his wife Brooke relocated in 2006 to Vancouver from the New Orleans area following Hurricane Katrina. Charlie is originally from Mobile, AL and Brooke from Sulphur, LA. They love hiking the Gorge and are glad to call Vancouver home.

Matt Kauffman is the Student Ministry Pastor. Matt is a first grade teacher at Chinook Elementary School full time and works part time as our Student (Youth) pastor. Matt has a great passion for leading our youth ministry. He is married to Christina.

Jana Lewis is the Ministry Associate. This position includes Worship Team Leader, Children’s Ministry Team Leader, and Office Manager. Jana is married to Jon and they have two children.

Deacons

This team is made up of nine men selected by the church. The church chooses godly men who are servant-leaders based on the instructions in 1 Timothy 3 for the selection of deacons. The team meets monthly to pray, plan, and discuss how to serve the needs of the church family. The team also serves as a personnel team for the church and an accountability group for the pastor. Deacons are responsible for leading the Ministry Team at the church. Their goal is to get everyone involved in a ministry.

Leadership Team

The leadership team is made up of men and women who lead the six other teams at CrossPointe. The Team meets regularly to plan activities, pray for the church, and coordinate the ministries of the church. These ministry leaders are selected by the church upon recommendation of the Deacons and serve one year at a time in their positions. They are responsible for building their own teams to do the work of their area of ministry responsibility.
